CR1 is if it’s been less than 2 years of your marriage Before the date of entry of the beneficiary to the USA. In this case, You get two year conditional green card (conditional residence) that must be renewed ( 2 year validity). If you enter USA after your two year wedding anniversary, it’s IR1 category and you get 10 year green card.
