another update link of phased resumption of routine visa.... https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/News/visas-news/phased-resumption-routine-visa-services.html updated NOV 12, 2020.

IDK when pk embassy will resume visas... :( I was also wondering if i should send NVC an inquiry because its been more than 180 days since my last case update... to keep it active...? what do you guys suggest?

You will get a standard reply that they will schedule an appointment once ISL embassy will have capability. Plus they say to contact if you are near 1 year to reach since the last update. So I guess our only option is to pray that things move forward. May Allah make it easy for all of us.

IDK Why But I think/speculate that our spouses won't get their visas in their hand until after 2 or 2.5 years+ from the day they first filed the application at USCIS... (based on the past 2 years stats on  people's cases from the website)...
**Just having a longest deadline in my mind so if something happens earlier, I'd be surprised WHILE ANXIOUSLY WAITING...

This is soo disheartening to read. We haven’t even been approved by USCIS yet, but knowing I’ll be stuck in an another endless wait once DQed (which is God knows when) is truely saddening. I hope to hear good news soon InshAllah. Let’s all have faith and keep praying guys. Better days will come InshaAllah.
