No news at all, dropped emails and got standard replies. Isl says we do not have your case yet, contact NVC. NVC says they will let us know when an Interview Date is made available.. That's about it.

I was Dq’d May 5. Yes they should have start scheduling IL two week ago and now I have no idea what’s going and what they are up to.

Yeah i had the hope too . Relaxed as well. For a month then 2 then 3 then 4 then 5 then 6 then 7 now this is the 8th ... 😖😭 even depression is saying leave me alone now 😭😂

I think its very important to take a break and go visit your spouse while you wait. I just took a 2 weeks vacation and went to Dubai, my wife came from Pakistan. It gives you the strength to be patient for a bit longer. InshAllah we don't have to wait much longer now.

That is such a good advice! May God eases everyone's pain. This is surely a difficult time for everyone. I use to be someone so sensitive towards bad news, but this year has made me stronger. I would advice anyone who is in this situation, use this time to build yourself up. You don't have to be happy and cheerful everyday, just try. My husband and I were inseparable for 3years and now all of a sudden we had so much uncertainty. It has taken a toll on our mental health, but everyday I try to hope for the best and thank God whenever I can. 
It is difficult, but don't lose hope. That's all we got!

When does embassies stop issuing student visas? Meaning theres semsters colleges schools that are already started but only online so meaning do they issue student visas the whole year or is it speific months?  
 

Just had an thought maybe when they get free from student visa they will schudule more immigrant visas..?

We are just surmising here...the actual situation will clear after some response from embassy either on call or email..but unfortunately it's not working but we should try...i also try to get information from internel source but not sure either he is telling right or not...he says embassy Working on students visa and spousal cases..but not clearing the month..too much confusion now

They have so much backlog they have to do something about it 😭
