In NVC process help group on Facebook.. someone posted just before 4 hours.. her husband's visa approved after adminstrative process... someone asked her when her husband Dq...she replied in November 2019...

It's obvious her husband could receive interview early but due to lock down might be late...

I think their interview Was in January or feb before Covid

will it be a problem at the interview that why am i in Pakistan? will it cause any issue? Any problem at all?

I don’t know how correct it is, but I asked an immigration lawyer a similar question. He said you can go but come back to US at the time of interview. Basically he said don’t be in Pakistan when your wife attends the interview, since they expect you to be present there then. And if you’re present they ask much tougher questions and inquire more.

Maybe someone can give more insight.
