Then I suggest you try some stress reduction techniques. Your “peace and sleep” are small discomforts compared to the death and devastation occurring right now in the US and the world due to Covid-19. The embassies are doing the best they can. Or you can choose to ignore my post, either way, I have nothing further to say here.

LMAOOOO 😂😂 i m weakk. Okay thank you . Will do. You keep trying to get some attention from here !!  Hope it works for you LOL. Literally been told right now to stop stressing myself over these kind of people.! And thats what i m aboutta do right now.. good luck on your Journey ! Hope you get A LOT of attetion from trying to “help people”. Good day

Hi everyone,

I am new to this so forgive me if similar questions have been asked. I am a US citizen and I initially filed the I-130 for my husband on Nov.2019 and that was approved in Sept. We have submitted all documents to the NVC and they were DQ'd on Oct. 28th. We are now waiting for an interview to be scheduled and based off what I read the embassy is open but there is no clarity as to where they are with scheduling appointments. Anyone have any advice? We have been married for a year but will be two years this July.
 Thanks in advance!

If he was DQ'ed October 28th, then there is still some time. Embassies are conducting interviews for people DQ'ed from March-April at the moment. We don't have a lot of data points to go by currently but you could be waiting for at least a few more months (most like 5-6 months or longer). I would suggest checking to see if you are eligible for an expedited request, that will help move things along. And expediting your petition will not affect your process time if you are rejected.
