Nope. Isl embassy kept denying that they even received our questionnaire and after a month now they have acknowledged it. Hoping to get it before his medical expires

About a year for CR1/IR1 and almost 2+ years for F categories...

Is this from case creation at USCIS or from being DQ'd by NVC?

 

We been DQ'd since end of July, waiting on interview from ISL.

It's from DQ date. Also, last I heard they were up to DQ October 27, 2020... They'll schedule interviews for January after/on the 15th...

Hi, anyone have success with moving on from AP status quickly? 
 

Our situation is this: K-1 visa went into AP after interview due to medical exam results delayed arrival to embassy. CEAC visa status still shows refused. They have all documents now and my fiancés passport still. Friends who have done the process suggest calling daily(not sure who to call just yet). Does anyone know if this works? Has anyone done something similar?
 

Anyone have success applying to expedite while in AP? Seems so silly to try for an expedite being so close to a visa, but from what I have seen in the forums it could take forever. We were just informed via visa cgi chat today not to inquire before 180 days have past. Seems so long, no passport for 180 days…

I was DQ'd on June 30, 2021. IR1/Islamabad Embassy.

 

We will need to wait another 6 months at least.

Hi, F2A , Expedited interview of my kids was on 3rd December, Medical was not done cos of covid Vaccine so passports were returned and Co told us" every thing looks good , docs are complete can't decide right now" , gave us 221g marked with Passports and Medical Exam. for both applicants. Now Medical is completed and Passports are received by Islamabad Embassy on 14th , status is updated on 14 and 17 Dec, still showing refused. How long we should wait?

Anybody have an idea about current status on US Family based visa slots availability in Islamabad. My mother i-130 was approved back in 2019 with priority date is 30-MAY-2019. Since then the case is stuck at NVC, and NVC is keep telling us that they waiting for Islamabad to give them a slot of interview. 

 

Any idea, how long does it take for Parents to get interview slot for Immigration visa at Islamabad Center?
