That's tough.

@zellahy@aishaTayyab or anyone else on this forum. Can you guys shed some light on this? What vaccines are acceptable for the medical? My wife got 2 shots of Sinovac. Does she need to do anything else once her medical comes?

Sinovac is fine. You just need to have both doses done before medical. They will take care of everything else you need at the time of medical. Then they will send the results to you and the embassy both via email. So you don’t need to do anything else.

Here's a list of approved vaccines for immigration medical:

I know people who got Sinovac have their medical done.

Insha’Allah! Thank you! For everyone waiting, please make sure you take form DS5535 with you. And upload everything on CEAC before you go! And take photocopies of all civil documents with you. They will keep the copies and give you the originals back.

It’s a questionnaire that trump added when he was the president. Some people have gotten refusal because they say they will send you a “questionnaire “ for additional information. I looked up the questions embassy sends you and it’s basically form ds5535. So it’s good to just fill it out and upload it and take it with you to avoid any delays.
