Guys I’m really confused about the documents that to be taken to the interview. Hoping you can help. I have a joint sponsor, what documents do I need from him? Do I need his Tax return copy or tax transcript? He only has tax return copy right now. Do I also need to provide his proof of income?

You don't need to provide proof of income if he has tax returns that show clearly that his income is above the required amount. My husband took tax returns, w-2s, and form 1099 with him. He wasn't asked for anything at the time of interview but he had those with him.

@zellahy

How did you husband's interview go last week? How was his experience? I think you mentioned he had his interview on the 20th.

It went fine. He was asked like 4 or 5 questions. He's in AP at the moment. We had updated all our documents in the portal so they didn't ask for anything.

Thats great. Congrats. How long do you think he'll be in AP? Once the approval is issued, how long does it take for them to give the passport back?

No idea how long it will be in AP because AP is basically a black hole..  The CO mentioned that we would receive a questionnaire so still waiting for that. After approval, it depends on your/your spouse's location and would take around 1-5 days for pick up.

Hi everyone,

my husband went to aziz medical center for his medicals and his interview is in November 3rd. My question is he got denied from the Medicals because they said you need two doses of vaccine and he only had one dose of Pfizer. My question is if he goes to interview and they give him 221g for doing his Medicals. How long will it take? Has someone been in this situation before. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

That's tough.

@zellahy@aishaTayyab or anyone else on this forum. Can you guys shed some light on this? What vaccines are acceptable for the medical? My wife got 2 shots of Sinovac. Does she need to do anything else once her medical comes?
