which visa category?

IR1/CR1 Category.

DQed till 16th-17th June, 2020 have received their ILs in February and their interviews have been done already in last month.

DQed of June 17th and onwards are waiting for their turn now. Embassy haven't scheduled any IR1/CR1 case is last month except few expedited cases. They Scheduled other IVs in March.

Lets see if they send or not ILs this month to IR1/CR1 category.
