No it will be fine.. The documents USCIS and NVC Required at initial stage, they have them.

But now for the councilor, Upload them as they need more solid proof for your relation, take your wedding albums with you at the time of interview.

Also print out any pictures you have with your husband, his family etc at his place, or of any outings and take them with you for the interview.

If they ask you if you have any pictures, just say yes, do not show right away.

and then if they ask you to show them, then show.

That are not must. Just upload them if easy. other wise no issue. Not everyone do it. it was just an experience who did that, they got approve as well. So just saying because of that.

Pleasure all mine, all these help we seek comes from each other. Please share your experience after each step you go. :)

its just a confusion, if your spouse primary applicant for IR1/CR1 doesn't meet the requirement to sponsor the beneficary for this visa, nd the other sponsor is your household member what AOS form you have to fill then?

in our case we filled I864 for the primary applicant i.e; spouse

nd I864a for the house hold member. do we also have to fill a separate I864 for the household member??

if anybody know about it here please guide,

You have to file a separate I-864 for joint sponsor.

No problem. Apparently some have said that you can ask the Consular Officer to update the DS-260 at the time of interview if you need it. So I wouldn't worry if they cannot reopen the DS-260 for you before the interview.

However, if you do not have an updated I-864 with updated 2019 transcripts with you or updated beforehand, you WILL get a 221g, delaying your visa. Or if you do not have a I-864A uploaded (only for applicants with joint sponsors), you WILL also get a 221g. This is going by experiences on facebook NVC process page.

Good luck and please share your experience with us when you're done with you interview!

If the joint sponsor is not a household member do we still need i864a?

Many Congratulations to you.. I hope everyone gets to see their families as soon as possible.

I have a question. How do you see this page (Popup window). I have never seen this on my ceac account.

Or does it appear itself when IL is issued?

no you use the website: CEAC

to check it
