I would worry most about updating And uploading the I-864 and your 2019 tax transcripts to CEAC.

No problem. Apparently some have said that you can ask the Consular Officer to update the DS-260 at the time of interview if you need it. So I wouldn't worry if they cannot reopen the DS-260 for you before the interview.

However, if you do not have an updated I-864 with updated 2019 transcripts with you or updated beforehand, you WILL get a 221g, delaying your visa. Or if you do not have a I-864A uploaded (only for applicants with joint sponsors), you WILL also get a 221g. This is going by experiences on facebook NVC process page.

Hello People..

i also have my husband interview in end of March..

i applied for him but right now i am in pakistan and planning to go with him in embassy..

i have one question i filed i-864 with 2019 taxes but on that time i did-not have 2019 Transcript because it takes time after you filed your tax so i attached 1040 tax documenst with i-864..now i have my transcript for 2019 should i upload that before interview?and if i upload that i should not filled the 1-864 form correct?because its only transcript..?

i am planning to file tax for 2020 as well but i will take that at interview because i think before april 15 if you get your interview that is not nesaccery thay can ask for 2020 tax...

please advise

Well then you may have to update AOS with 2019 returns.

There will be no use of going to embassy, They only allow to those who have interview. Rest of the members accompanying Applicant may have to wait in parking, from there only applicant will be allowed to go in the shuttle service  to the embassy.

i already have AOQ with 2019 taxes my question was i updated 1040 of 2019 because transcript take time aftr you file you taxes now i have trascript as well..if i upload trascript i should not be worry about 1864 form?and i also have new police certifictae because other one which i upload at NVc is expired should i uploaded the latest one?

Yes upload transcript and latest police certificate, better save than sorry.

Your required documents are already approved, So just for the safe side, upload them.

i also read one person comment about going inside embassy they mentioned they allowed you to shuttle service but when you reached at embassy they have to to stay in embassy waiting area....

Saw a few cases in facebook group, they got their visa approved MashaAllah
