Hi it looks like I joined the biometrics club. 8/20 PD however it is just for the I-765 which I am very happy for. I wish my I-485 was included. Has anyone had this experience?

I'm in the opposite situation.

For now, I just had biometric for my I-465 (nothing for I-765).

My wife applied with me and she had only one biometric for both.

I really don't know why this happens, but we saw many cases in the same situation.

So, that's crazy, but we have to wait for the second appointment :(

But I-485 are type 3, so should they apply that to the other receipts. It’s a pain, I am

happy that mine is the work permit but still a pain. Keep us updated. I hope the 2nd date isn’t far away

It seems they didn't apply my biometric (type 3) to other receipts, just my I-485 received an update and moved forward 😞

Personally having a type 3 is great. I think if you have a phone call with a t2 officer they should be able to have that updated for you. Also when did you do your I-485 bio? As I heard quite a few applicants indicating a delay for their i765 to update as well

I did like 1 week ago.

Well, I guess my case is not a delay because my wife's I-765 updated in the following day.

but that's fine I'm not worried yet, I'm gonna wait a little bit more.

Thanks.

KarenSeed has DACA:

Thanks for responding 😂 Yes, I have DACA. I have been in the US for 20 years now. Long story short - I came in legally when I was super young, status lapsed, my broken English speaking immigrant mother didn't know what to do when she should have contacted an immigration lawyer. We never got a notice to leave the country, so we stayed. Overstaying a visa is not criminally illegal. I have been on DACA since Obama passed it. PD is 8/17.

Hey guys! Has someone in New Orleans gotten a biometrics appointment already?
We filed July 31, package was received by USCIS on August 3 and they issued NOA on August 13. And since then, I have been waiting. I submitted a service request, requested a call with Tier 2, contacted my local senator - nothing helped!!

Hey! Same boat here! Almost same dates, lol, We filed July 31, package received by USCIS on August 3, but NOA issued on September 1. No biometrics notice/appointment yet. From Miami Springs, FL

It’s so annoying. My local senator’s office tried pushing for biometrics but USCIS replied that they are experiencing major delays due to Covid and do not expedite biometrics at this point.

Hello everyone I have a question about I944 credit report /score.

I got my report , but it doesn't show credit score on it. Am I required to submit both report & score separately?  If so, creditkarma doesn't provide me with a printable credit score document.. how should I do it?

Hi! I submitted credit report and credit score separately. You can print that out from Experian.

Also, many credit cards contain credit score information - you can either print out a statement showing your credit score (my Discover statement shows credit score for example) or take a screenshot.

Just 1 notice for I-485 + I-765 is correct.

Only AP request done outside the US based on humanitarian reasons or for significant public benefit requires biometrics: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-131instr.pdf Page 12 (very top)
