guys, have anyone heard about public charge is blocked again?

there are some fresh news from yesterday.
After I read I'm still a little confused about which states will be affected.

Haha seriously? Oh well I will still send my RFIE in either way.

I guess so, but it seems my state (FL) is not included.

Anyway, you are right, let's continue responding our RFEs.

I would not be surprised if the rule is back in the next hours or days 🤦‍♂️

Hi everyone!

I was wondering,

Is there anyone who filed without the I-944 and without the medical (I-693) in August still waiting for the deficiency letter, I-944  RFE and biometrics appointment?

I am just asking because I filed on August 20th and I still haven't gotten anything besides the NOA1 on Sept 5 and since then, nothing.

Considering I haven't sent the I-944 or the medical, I was expecting something but ... still nothing.

Regarding the biometrics appointment,  I am not so worried because I know how some offices are extremely backed up but it would be nice to hear anything at all..  rather than nothing in 3 months..

Anyone in the same situation?

Hey I only received my RFIE for my I-944 late last week! So really recently.
However, I did biometrics a week after my NOA1.

I'm kind of in the same situation as you except that at this point I have my biometric scheduled for next week.

You are correct, FL is not included.

The Dec. 2 9th Circuit’s decision affirmed the limited N.D. Cal. injunction and vacated the E.D. Wash. nationwide injunction, thus narrowing this latter's case injunction to just the Plaintiffs of that case. https://cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opinions/2020/12/02/19-17213.pdf

10/11/19 N.D. Guys, for you who have received the biometrics appointment letter, how long is it from the moment you receive it until the date of the appointment?

For me, it was around 2 weeks.

Well, I know that now is different, but last time when court limited the rule for only 3 states, USCIS continued applying the rule nationwide.

Let's see how USCIS is gonna deal with.

That's  the smart route as you never  know what they are going to do!

4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!

Hi everyone- we got our biometrics today (yay). The appt is for 12/23.

My status on USCIS did not update to reflect that my biometrics have been scheduled.

I have not received RFE for I-994. I did get an RFIE for US tax transcripts (petitioner).

Is it possible that they will still send you the biometrics appointment letter after you received the RFIE? I received a RFIE for I 944 on Nov 16, but am still preparing for the docs. USPS informed delivery shows that I have a letter coming from them today.  1409008271_2020-12-0409_09_49-YourDailyDigestforFriDec04-shiwen.zhu123@gmail.com-Gmail.png.0dd3ad3ebcbb07b85fb8bca177664d43.png
