I would just ignore this and send tie I-944 either way. We all saw what happened last time this "good news" was delivered. My case was set back at least 2 months just because I didn't send the I-944 while the previous decision was in place (back in July/Aug). It's just my opinion, though.

2 months?? realy??

Yes. It's been 30 days since they issued my RFIE (which probably happens days after someone decided it was necessary). And since they have received my response, they told me to wait another 60 days on top of that for something to happen. Also, bear in mind that I replied to my RFIE the day after I got my letter, because I already had my form ready to go. So, to my point, I think it's worth it to just try to avoid all this delay (if possible). It almost feels like they are deliberately creating confusion on purpose to slow things down to people.

haha yea good point but my dilemma is, my husband doesn't wanna submit it again. Guess he's so tired of all these whole process of printing and going through all those docs again given that he got job which I def understand. So just wanna know if it's fine if I don't include those tax transcripts again given that it has been submitted together with my I-845 forms.

Got it. I just mentioned that because people usually keep a copy of what they send to USCIS. So you would just need to copy the copy of the transcripts :)

But he can also get the tax transcripts at the IRS website super quick. It takes like 2 min.

If someone recieves an RFIE for it, yes. If they don't recieve an RFIE for it now because of this, I would not worry about sending it in rn but it might be good to have some of the documents just in case they need to put it together quickly later on.

If you mean that people should submit it if they are filing for the first time though, I think you got a point!

That's my plan anyway since I didn't recieve an RFIE yet. Just gonna have the documents ready if I ever need them.

lol. Meanwhile we're still working/waiting on some paperwork for our I-944 RFIE. I'm just not surprised about anything anymore.  We're just going to send it when we have all our documents and hope for the best *shrugs* 🤷🏻‍♀️

My goodness I am so tired of this tennis match with the 944.

I find this public charge stuff so frustrating and ridiculous. You already need to prove you won't be burden to US taxpayers by showing that your spouse or a joint sponsor will either support you or repay the government if you accept public benefits. But having proven that other people will ensure you won't become a public charge, you then have to prove it all over again. Depending on whatever a court decides this week.

Maybe hopefully all this added turmoil will subside after tomorrow.

Hi all,

I have a question and maybe you remember or can check at your I693 form copy. At form I693 at Page 13, Part 10 (Vaccination Records) at the results part, did civic surgeon check the box: "Applicant may be eligible for blanket waivers as indicated above"?

I guess that civic surgeon has ALSO to check the box "Vaccine history complete for each vaccine, all requirements met"

Did they check the box "Vaccine history complete for each vaccine, all requirements met" for you as well?

So sorry for this message. I am trying to be safe when I will review my I693 copy in a week from now and I am not 100% sure what parts should the civic surgeon check.

I love the coincidence that my husband and I received the RFIE for the I-944 today and another injunction was decided 🤦🏻‍♀️! We’re going to work on it anyway.

Also, I sent a photocopy of my husband’s birth certificate and translation and their asking for it again? Should I send an official copy of the BC and translation?

Does his birth certificate include his parents names? If not, that is likely what they're asking for. They need the long form birth certificate.
