I received the RFE letter today asking for I944 form. Question is, do I still have to include tax transcripts of every household member again even though it has been initially part of those docs that I had submitted on my AOS

If you have them already, I don't see the harm of adding them again - just to be sure. On my case, I've added all the information they asked in the instructions, even if they were already on the original application. I thought it was better to be safe than sorry, given that they won't issue an RFE for "too much evidence" :D

Thanks, I am still gathering them the rest of them. All I have are tax thingy and my credit report. We're on the process of having me enrolled on healthcare insurance but I am still adamant if I need to be enrolled or if it's just okay not to be enrolled.

My husband is self-employed and we got my father in law as our co-sponsor too . Other people suggested it's fine so long that the sponsor and/or husband's income reached the poverty guideline but on our case, we got co-sponsor. I am still torn between getting an health insurance coverage or not.

haha yea good point but my dilemma is, my husband doesn't wanna submit it again. Guess he's so tired of all these whole process of printing and going through all those docs again given that he got job which I def understand. So just wanna know if it's fine if I don't include those tax transcripts again given that it has been submitted together with my I-845 forms.

BREAKING NEWS guys!
Public Charge Rule has been vacated by a Federal Court in Illinois a few moments ago!
According to Federal Judge Gary Feinerman of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the rule violates the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and requires to be set aside. The government has 30 days to decide whether they want to appeal or not.

The Department of Homeland Security argued that the rule should only be vacated in Illinois, but the court said that under the APA when an agency violates the statute’s terms the rule “shall” be set aside. Vacating a rule “is simply what courts do when they determine that an agency action violates the APA,” it said.

The court also seeks a permanent injunction enjoining DHS from ever implementing or enforcing the rule, it said.

Insurance coverage is highly positive factor as I heard.

Me too! I'm still getting it ready just in case it changes and they request it at some point. I already have most of the documents anyway.

It feels nice to not have to stress about it, though.

I would just ignore this and send tie I-944 either way. We all saw what happened last time this "good news" was delivered. My case was set back at least 2 months just because I didn't send the I-944 while the previous decision was in place (back in July/Aug). It's just my opinion, though.

Ha it would be very unusual for anyone with a pending application or seeking an immigration benefit would be supporting trump.

Agreed. And honestly I'm only aware of these things because I'm part of the immigration community, I probably wouldn't even know the depths of how anti-immigrant the tr*mp admin is if I wasn't in this bubble.

Yes I'm not getting excited yet.

But it can't drag out much longer I don't think:

As with prior court orders, this one may also only last a few days before the Supreme Court steps in. But we'll see! It's a different procedural posture.
