I have the same issue. Can’t figure out the DOS Case ID in order to verify identity on my USCIS account. Verifying identity is needed to receive digital copies of the NOAs and have all communications from USCIS digitally, as well as for many other advantages.  As DOS Case ID is given to people who came to the US with an immigrant visa, I am not sure whether we, who entered with non-immigrant visas, are entitled for those benefits 🤷🏼‍♂️

@Tigerlily87 @Jacobo Have you tried following the instructions from here? https://www.uscis.gov/file-online/how-to-create-a-uscis-online-account

Sometimes, you may also need to access it using a different browser. It shouldn't ask for you to identify yourself. Let me know if it worked :)

I think ours will move around the same rate.
I figured I could take it to the interview, but I hadn’t read it lasts 2 years now. I did, no changes on the AP yet. Did you?

*Fingers crossed* that both of our cases move at the same rate. My local office is SF though, which seems to have a really long waiting time.

I didn't file AP. What is the purpose of AP? Is it so that you can travel outside of the country before I-130 and I-485 are approved?

Definitely!! I hear it’s a first come first serve basis but some require more investigation I think- so hoping not too long!

Although I filed myself, a friend lawyer told me it would be good to file for AP as well in the event I had to travel before the green card arrives. There is no cost to file if filing concurrently so I went ahead and applied. The EAD would arrive as a “combo” card if both are approved.

Fill it out, get the supporting documents and send it in. Get back on the horse, you don't  have time to be disappointed. But I do understand!

Yes look on bright side, they’re looking through your documents & your process is moving. Go ahead & start working on it ASAP. I Already have my i944 filled out, & weird enough I submitted all related documents to the i944 with my package.

I’m kind of sad as that’s made it real that we will all be getting RFE. Like I knew it but I had a slither of hope that that wouldn’t be the case lol.

I still need to collect some documents for it. Easy stuff but I just haven’t. I’m so nervous as I’m not even sure that to do for my three year olds lol!

In terms of the I944. When it asks for your credit card debt, do you put $0 if you pay it off in full every month? Like I have some money on it right now so I guess that will show up on my credit report but I pay it off every month so idk if that counts as debt or not? How did you guys do it?

Right. This is exactly how I feel. Not a whole lot we can do but to gather the documents and have it ready to go I guess. Ugh.

I think that’s correct about the credit card.

It talks about joint assets but debt it only says your debt. So I am guessing we don’t include US citizen debt, right?
