JUST CHECKED AND MY K1 and K2 checks were cashed today! No more worrying about not having to pay the more expensive K2 fee or AED/AP yay!

Packets sent: 25/8
Packets received: 28/8
Checks cashed: 17/9

08/25/2020 - Sent I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 to Chicago Lockbox using USPS                                         11/06/2020 - Received physical receipt notice for I-765 in the mail

08/28/2020 - Package was received by USCIS                                                                                                   12/15/2020 - Online account updated and indicated the I-944 RFIE was sent

09/25/2020 - Debit Card was charged by USCIS                                                                                                 12/28/2020 - Recieved the I-944 RFIE via e-mail after speaking with a tier 2 officer

09/29/2020 - Recieved text notifications from USCIS with reciept numbers                                                  1/11/2021 - Responded to the RFIE and sent the I-944 to USCIS 

10/01/2020 - Recieved rejected I-765 back                                                                                                           3/3/2021 - Biometrics scheduled for 03/29

10/05/2020 - Recieved physical reciept notices in the mail

10/06/2020 - Sent I-765 to Chicago Lockbox using UPS

10/09/2020 - Package was recieved by USCIS

10/30/2020 - Recieved text notication from USCIS with reciept number for I-765

08/28/2020 - Package was received by USCIS                                                                                                   12/15/2020 - Online account updated and indicated the I-944 RFIE was sent

Mine was sent on 24th but delivered on 31st August due to USPS delays. Hopefully I get something soon too.

I think you will! Compared to the last three weeks, this week the payment processing frequency is similar to the early August submission level which is great news for everyone waiting. Fingers crossed they keep it up.

For whatever reason some applications can take a little longer to process than others delivered around the same date. It may even be that your bank or credit card report charges a little slower. You should see something soon!

I have received them. AOS received on 17th of Aug and NOA is from 1st of Sep. I got the actual notices in the mail on 3rd of Sep. I have no idea when the funds where "cashed" as my company does the process. Hence, no idea of that regard :(

Yeah this is correct. But I believe they tend to delay NOA significantly and it seems that they got a huge number of applications in August - September ;) 

 

I am sure you will receive yours soon and you will be relieved.

What service center or lockbox did you send to? I filed AOS as a F1 as well. Lastly since you are passed the 30 days have you called a USCIS agent to confirm if they have any receipt record in the system? Stay positive! As I heard some people have taken 45 days for their application to be processed. However just like all, you have every right to worry especially with the Oct Oct 2nd fee hike looming around the corner. If I were you I would send an email to the lockbox so they can locate your application and hopefully give you an update on the status. Unfortunately they can take up to 30 days to reply, but maybe they will prioritize you as you are over the 30 days waiting period. These are steps just to be proactive as you are above the 30 days. Assuming you haven’t received a rejection package by now then most likely it’s still being processed. Hope that helps!

Just checked it and was cashed (has been paid) on september 16!! OMG so happy

Is there a specific time of day that they usually do it or is just kinda random? It seems like a lot of people get theirs cashed/charged in the morning.
