Thanks for the info. We live in Truckee, so I’m wondering if our local office will be Sac also or Reno. (My guess is Reno). The smoke is so bad today, stay safe😷

You can find your local ASC by entering your zip code here

I guess that's why its probably moving faster compared to marriage based AOS, since with Eb1/2/3 USCIS doesn't conduct interviews. Hopefully you would getting GC soon.

Looks like it. My colleague applied for AOS on Aug 8th based on his EB1.

His Bio is scheduled for next Monday. He is based out of Seattle.

Thanks, it says Sacramento for us. That sucks as it’s 2 hours one way versus 20 minutes to Reno , ugh. I’m sure it has something to do with crossing state line. Oh well.

Guys, I received in the mail the NOAs of my family based AOS. NOA for I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131.  In this regard, my timeline is as follows:

• Package sent: 07/31/2020.

• Package received by USCIS 08/03/2020.

• I-130 check cashed on 08/28/2020.

• I-485 check cashed on 09/01/2020.

• NOA1 for I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131 received in the mail on 09/11/2020

As you can see guys, both checks were cashed within the 4th and 5th week from the filing date. And it took 42 days from the filing date, for the NOAs to arrive in the mail.

Cheer up and be patient, everything’s going to be all right for you all 💪🏻. Here we are to support each other.

I would think that since you submitted your AOS prior to that date then you wouldn't have to pay an updated fee. Just like the forms, if you submit a form and it's current at the post marked date, then you're fine. Even if they have issued an updated form by the time they process the payment and give you a Noa1.

I'm pretty sure as long as you filled out your paperwork correctly then you'll be fine with the payment you included.

USPS has been delayed by a good week for us lately, so may take an extra long time depending on where you are.

Please try to stay positive and not worry, it won't help anything!

If your forms are accepted, they'll be dated before the fee increase. If they're not, you may still have a shot at submitting them before the deadline depending on when the packet is returned to you.

Intake slowed down in the second half of August. The mid-August marriage packets averaged ~16 calendar days to charge payment (and that was before a potential staff reduction and a holiday), so it's not at all out of the ordinary for you to not have heard yet. Sending good energy for this week but don't be nervous if it slips to next.

I haven't seen anyone post about receiving texts who had their payment processed after September 2nd. Maybe they reduced the  number of data entry folks in their staff cuts...
