Just checked and our payment also went through yesterday! Seems like quite a few payments were made on Friday - yay! We paid by credit card and the statement says the payment was taken by "Chicago Lockbox". Good luck to everyone else waiting

But still sometimes they (USCIS) will to process the card again, it depends on who the clerk is at the time. I have heard of them trying twice, but never more than that. Hopefully they will try one more time with yours before they reject it.

Our package was received August 20th and checked cashed August 28

A bit outside of your timeline but filed 08/25 and nothing yet. I have two checks.

I was surprised at the quick turnaround too! But my case was rejected previously because I didn’t include the last 3 pages of the 485 (yes, I know, stupid oversight).

Yap, sent on August 18th, delivered on August 20th. Cashed in my bank account on september 4th.

As far as I know the I-1944 is not required now if you filed after july 29th. So they will probabily ignore it. Dont worry.

 

Also, if you requiere the signature confirmation sometimes takes longer than just deliver it without the signature requirment.

USCIS received AOS Aug 18, all three receipts were being mailed out Sept 3. No I-944 was included. So relieved as I was going to fall out of status Sept 13!!!

Thank you so much! We sent a cashiers cheque so there is no way of knowing when they cashed it. But I am thinking sometime last week! Good luck, good news will come to you soon!
