Did you send a check? If so, I’m wondering if maybe it wasn’t clearly legible? $1225 is definitely correct.

Can you please check the "Notice date" mentioned on the NOA/I-797 (should be in upper section right side)? My timeline is almost same as yours. Just waiting for the bio. appointment.

 

My notice date is: Aug 17, 2020 but received mail on Aug 26th

My notice date is: Aug 17, 2020 but received mail on Aug 26th

 

I am not at home right now. But if I remember correctly, the notice date on Bio was 24th and I received it on 28th.

Are you positive the issue is with the amount? To me that looks like a standard phrase that they use for issues with payment, and it could also mean they had issues cashing the check...

You should have plenty of time the increase takes effect October 2nd I believe. USCIS will go by postmarks I assume if it gets that close.

That's  called  your signature, but you have to go to your profile click on signature then fill in what you want to say after every post. Your timeline though is best posted  in your time line its easier  and neater just my opinion.

I agree with you. I think the timeline is too cluttered and it doesn’t even work for my case. I gave up trying to figure it out and I just add it as my signature.

@Leah88 I'm so sorry to hear that. I wrote c9 as my category and not c9P like you have. Maybe that caused the problem 🤥

 

Update:

I received NOAs for I-485, I-765, and I-131 in mail yesterday (August, 31).I just checked my mail today, but I saw on Informed Delivery that they got delivered yesterday. I added this update in my signature, but if you guys like the timeline better then I will try to make that too. I prefer the signature though 😜 

 

*** I have not sent the I944 in my package.

Look at my timeline it's not cluttered it flows from one benefit to the next and holds much more information and or comments than what a signature could offer. Be advised some people can and will block long signatures. The time line IMO is your best best it's out of the way and neat. I do realize its a personal choice so it's really up to the individual.
