Hello,

Today i have got Bio-metrics notice (Code 2) for all 3 applicants.

Appointment - End of Sep 1st week

May I ask which service center did your application "land"? Did you file con-currently or non-concurrently (I see you are on L1 visa)

Great! Did you apply for I-140 or you had that approved? Which town are you currently? This might explain the "fast" biometrics appointment.

I am on the same boat. Attorneys sent my applications (I-485, I-131 and I-765) on 19th of August 2020. I had an approved I-140 early January 2020 for EB2 category. I am hoping to get notice back in 2-3 weeks from now and the sooner the biometrics appointment. I am in Seattle WA which seems fair and not that busy for biometrics (compared to NY or San Francisco for instance).

Btw let's hope our I-765 (EAD) will be approved in reasonable time and not in 28+ months that USCIS web-site indicates :(

Hi guys, I concurrently filed for AOS with the Forms I-130 and I-485.  USCIS received the package on August 1st.  They cashed the check for Form I-130 today August 28th ($ 535 USD), but did not cash the I-485 & Biometrics check ($ 1225 USD).  Do you guys know if USCIS usually cashes first one check and then the other one?  Or do they use to cash both at the same time?  I want to stay positive and don't think that there is an error on the I-485 or other forms (I-131, I-765, I-864, and I-693).

Hi all

I sent my aos package yesterday and it is due to arrive on Monday.

I just realized that although I took the package into a ups store to ship it they have used USPS as the carrier and online a different address is listed if you mail with USPS.. hopefully that doesn’t cause any problems!

I also just realized I forgot to add a name to the back of all of the passport photos.. hopefully that is only minor and won’t cause any problems!

I saw some very fast interviews scheduled for the June filers so fingers crossed we get some of that good luck too!

Hi,

Anyone either family based or employment based AOS filer has Field Office at Seattle WA? If so, could share experience for biometrics appointment and how long it took to be scheduled after NOA at USCIS?

A bit too soon for August filers to answer this. I recommend asking this question in threads from earlier months (pre August).

Hahaha correct. I posted it here more as a hope and less as to actually find someone with an appointment scheduled. Lol

Just sent our concurrent AOS package off today so I guess we are joining the August filers.  It’s a crappy time to do it between covid and the election coming up but we are hoping and praying for Not too long a wait.  Good luck and prayers everyone
