They charged my credit card today! I'm surprised it didn't take longer tbh. 

Congrats to everyone else that is getting progress as well. 😊🥳

Oh wow congratulations!! My packet arrived the day after yours (august 20th at 10am) and nothing yet, but I used money orders so I wonder if that makes a difference. I mean, if it takes longer for them to deal with money orders.

Maybe? If it does take longer, I imagine it wouldn't take but only a couple days longer then a credit card transaction. I'm sure any day now it will process. 😊

Omg 😱 my passport photos have me wearing my eye glasses. I might get rejection based on this. Will call USCIS tomorrow and see if there’s anything that can be done

I think there are a lot of variables that go into how the packets get sorted before they even get to the $ processing stage, like the specific forms filed, your location, whether you're already in the system or they have to create a new file, etc...

 

Such great news @KittyKat3072 !!! Sounds like your application made it into some motivated hands! Our app arrived a little after yours on the 19th as well. No pending charges on the credit card yet, fingers crossed for tomorrow...

Good news guys! Today, USCIS cashed one of the two checks we sent to them! (The check for the form I-130) 28 days after filing. Waiting for them to cash the I-485&Biometrics check. Do you guys know whether they usually cash first one check and then the other one?

Hi all,

 

I have applied for I-485, I-131 and I-765 for me and my wife at employment based EB2. My application will be sent to automatically to National Benefit Center (as I am told). I am waiting for notice receipt. 
 

Question: Did anyone get notice receipt? How long did it take? Anyone got biometrics appointment?
