MSC is correct  that's  where most of the AOSs go. That's Missouri. Your I-485 will be adjudicated at your local field office.

Yeah, got it. So how do you get to know the processing time for 485/130? Should wait for MSC office to send case to local office and then check processing time for local office? 

What exactly is the role of MSC if they are not the ones doing adjudication?

During these times no one can tell you with any certainty the processing times.  Go to the USCIS site and they have approximate  times posted there.  Missouri  is NBC National Benefit  Center.

 Their role can also be found on USCIS"website.

Hey August filers, I am in the middle of assembling files. I am planning to send out my AOS together with the application of EAD and AP by the end of August. From the cover letter I am using, it asks three copies of marriage certificate for each application.  I am planning to send the certified copy for I-485 and photocopies of certified copy for I-765 and I-131. Will it be fine if I do so or it is better to send a certified copy of marriage certificate for each application?

They are different applications and should be added for each one (if required in the instructions). They wouldn't be required only if they were needed for the I-485, I-864 or I-944 at the same time (because they contained in the same application).

Send photocopies for all of them. No need to send certified copies.

Send photocopies. No need of certified copies for USCIS. Maybe better to carry it when you gonna have your AOS interview.

I haven’t received a NOA 1 yet and the check wasn’t cashed in either. But it’s only been 8 days since arrival so I think we really good. Either way did y’all send in various copies of the marriage certificate? I only send in one, because I read on here that it needed for the form 944??!

Our AOS was received on August 11th and we also didn't include the I-944. My credit card has not been charged yet. It is going to take sometime because I was in the July AOS thread and for alot of people it took like 3 weeks to a month before the were charged. It was originally received on July 27 but we just got rejected due to outdated version of I-485 form. I had the 7/15/19 version but the newer version is 10/15/19. Please everyone make sure you have the all of the updated forms.
