Thanks!

I know right!? At least we don't have to wait very long till the appointment date.

We did get an rfie for i944, we shipped our response to the rfie on Dec 18 and the biometrics appointment was mailed to us on the 15th. So they scheduled an appointment before we responded to the rfie.

oh nice. I just got RFIE . hope I will get biometrics letter soon. Can I ask you one question please? Did you get your High School Diploma evaluated too or ONLY your University Degree evaluated for i944? Thank you!!

Yes, I am in the exact same situation. Filed on August 20th, and never got anything other than my NOA1s at the beginning of September. All we can do is wait at this point.

Hey, this is the same for me. I filed mid-August and I haven't had anything beyond my NOA1 and the USCIS Case Status has just been stuck on "Fingerprint fee was received". I have been expecting to receive a RFIE since I didn't include the i-944 in the original package. Did you include the i-944 in yours?

This is unreal, NOA1 edit: Sept 15th, they accepted fingerprint fee Sept 12th, haven't heard anything since.

Would like to file taxes, what are the chances of my wife getting an SSN before April 15th?
