I filed a petition i-130 for my husband and it's still in the USCIS, in the last January we had a misunderstanding and I told him that I cancelled the petition (actually I didn't cancel), I just told him that because I was very upset with him that time, 1 week later he tried to get a B1/B2 Visa to come visit me, in the DS-160 question (has anyone filed a petition on your behalf with the USCIS?), he answered (yes, my wife filed a petition I-130, but it's already cancelled), of course his B1/B2 visa has been rejected because ha has strong ties in the united states, will this misunderstanding affect negatively on the I-130 interview?

This misunderstanding (if that’s all that it was) is very unlikely to have any impact on the CR-1 interview.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Yes, that's all the problem, he mentioned in the B1/B2 visa application that the I-130 was cancelled (as I told him) but actually I didn't cancel.
I hope it will not impact negatively on us as it's not a lie

I have read over and over that denied b1/b2 do not affect cr1 processing. If asked he should tell the truth at all times. Good luck
