I’ve been reading different versions of this all over the internet and reddit, I was hoping someone would have a bit of clarity for me. I’ve already submitted everything for the i944, so this isn’t me being lazy or trying to find a way around it, just trying to get informed and hopefully help out the new people applying.

if anyone can break it down it would be greatly appreciated! 😊

as long as the new JUDGE block is in effect, USCIS will adjudicate based on 1999 public charge and not based on white house public charge of 2020.  this applies to all the petitons that are with USCIS now and in the future until the block is over ruled. So everyone can become an immigrant and not get blocked based on white house made up rules for public charge
