He went to the ceremony in his army suit and they sent him back without giving him the citizenship and tell him he didnt get through and they will send him an email and a mail for him to know what to do next. I would like to know if anyone here if they understand whats going on or if anyone goes thru this already

Without details, no one here can help you.  Maybe he should register as a VJ member and ask his questions.

Otherwise, wait for the letter to come in the mail.

Just remember to call the military help line number: 877-247-4645, as I mentioned in the email. My wife should have been allowed to take her oath at the end of Basic Training, but they told her that she could not. So after graduating, I called this number, and they told me what to do. I had to submit the N400 to the Nebraska Service Center (military filing) and the NOA1 came back saying no fee required (because of military). Then it took some work, calling that help line again, because they somehow got our stuff all hung up. It got expedited then, and they contacted us and made the arrangements by phone for in the Memphis center. She was required to be in uniform, and she had her interview and oath with other service members the same day. That was 7 years ago tomorrow. Wow. But call that number. I think they may even look into it all for you. She was in the Air National Guard at that time, graduating from Basic Training as an enlisted service member. Since then things changed for us, she is an officer now and we live in Germany on active duty. But this portion of our lives began with the oath of naturalization in Memphis
