Travelling on tourist visa whilst waiting for I-130

Yes I was  Immigration officer asked me usual questions- how long I was staying, why etc. Just be completely and truly honest.

I am still hesitant to go, I would like to spend some time with my wife in the US but I am still unaware what are the consequences if they don't allow me to enter US for whatever reason if I decide to go?

It is really frustrating when you really want to see your spouse and you have b1b2 visa but you are not guaranteed to enter US

I've recently travelled over on an ESTA.  I was asked why I am visiting (visiting husband) when I am returning and then they told me to have a nice trip.  Thankfully very straightforward.

Has anyone here visited his/her USC spouse while I-130 is pending? Please, share your experiences because it’s really hard for people in such situation to decide weather to risk or not?

Any denied entries because of that? 
In case entry is denied, will it affect the I-130 petition?

Many have  visited. Bring  paperwork just in case to show you are returning. Like letter from employer, lease, return ticket. Some are asked some aren't. If refused no it doesn't effect I-130 unless you lied.

Do you mean that if I don’t tell the CBP that I have a pending I-130 and I’m willing to see my spouse will be considered as a lie? 
Can a 1 month return ticket rise any problems on a B2 visa knowing that I’m visiting for the first time?

CBP can see pending petition in their computer system 

so,  if they ask ,  tell them the truth 

France is not high fraud so u may not being asked very many questions at all

Just answer any questions truthfully, but don't volunteer any information if they don't ask.

My husband visited me more than 3 times. Just try to be honest from the beginning and state that your are visiting your spouse. They never asked my husband for any proofs and he was never sent to secondary.

I visited my husband in Jamaica 3x since submitting the paperwork. I never encountered any issues.

The question is about visiting TO the USA, not other countries or visiting in general.
