Hi all, I met my husband over a year ago while visiting the US to see one of my best friends (who was working in my home country in the same industry as me when we met ~4/5 years ago). Thing is, I quit my corporate job at the end of 2016 and have been pretty much on the road non-stop since the start of 2017 until March 2020. From Nepal to Indonesia to Mexico to Panama to Colombia to China to Korea to Taiwan etc. I don't even know where to begin to list these addresses - I don't think I've ever stayed in a country for more than 3/4 months in one go and when I was not hopping between cities/towns in these countries, I was hopping between hostels or couchsurfing or stayed with local friends. I would say I've physically slept at maybe about 100 different addresses in total since 2017. I went home for a few months in between at some point. My mailing and registered address (with the government, with my bank, etc.) has always been my family's residence in my home country.

Not really sure what to do here. Any advice much appreciated!

Use the residential address that you would have returned to if you had to stop travelling and return “ home” .  You’ve identified it in your post. As long as none of the stays triggers the need for a police check from that country then you were temporarily away from your usual residence

Thank you so much for such a speedy and concise response. My only hesitation is that it specifically states "Provide physical addresses for everywhere you have lived during the last five years" and I definitely haven't lived in my home country at my registered address for the most part of the past 3 years but that might just be me overthinking it. You seem pretty experienced with the process so I'll definitely be taking your advice and hoping for the best! Thanks again!
