A few questions - any help would be greatly appreciated!

1. when uploading the 2x2 passport photos, can I upload a photo (iphone) of them both? or do they have to be scanned?  Also we don't have "A" numbers, do we just leave the back blank, or sign and date?

2. When filling out the I-130a, is it ok to upload a copy that isn't signed, and then upload just the signature page, that is signed and scanned?

3. Are facebook posts/ instagram posts/ cards (received and given) good evidence to provide?

thanks so much!

1. I uploaded digital copy of 2x2. Didn't scan just uploaded one the one from camera.

2. If your beneficiary is with you sign it if not just fill and upload without signature.

3. Just provide marriage pics.

We didn’t have a wedding ceremony yet. We got married two years ago just paperwork when we both lived together in Canada, petitioner is dual. We want to do a ceremony in Florida eventually but the petitioner is sick/ financial reasons we haven’t done it yet so we haven’t had a ceremony.

A lot of people don't have a ceremony until after especially if they're living apart.

You only have to submit a photo of the beneficiary if they're in the US with you.

"and your spouse (if he or she is in the United States)"

O sorry I saw the Canadian flag and thought Canada.

depends on the quality, not sure how good that will look.

I used an app and took an hour trying to get the lighting etc right.

There's a guide online for what's acceptable and what's not.

Thank you. When I scan it, it turns out horrible and over exposed.  I just snapped a picture of it with my iPhone. Hoping that’s ok.
