MSC

NOTHING AS OF TODAY.
Still waiting for the biometric appointment.

Anyone with a update from MSC???

Same here. Filed 8/17/2020. MSC. No update.

Still getting this on USCIS’s Case Status Online page:

“On August 17, 2020, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you have any questions, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”

At this point we’re getting to the point that we can start the naturalization application next month. Wonder if we’re better off just submitting that with this still pending. I’ve heard it doesn’t really impact the ROC process adversely and can even in some cases jumpstart & expedite this process by attaching this process to the naturalization application.

Anyone else in the same boat and trying to figure out what to do?

Nope. Still getting the same message on Case Status Online as of this morning.

Looks like others just filled out their N-400 and submitted the naturalization paperwork concurrently with the I-751 process. I can apply at the end of next month for that so that’s what I’ll be doing.

Any news for august filers please because I’m going crazy here ! Anybody???? My case starts with MSC and it’s been 9 month’s now!

No news... waiting. No biometrics, nothing. I read that MSC cases will almost certainly be scheduled for an interview, so it looks like it will take time 😕 .

Anyone here with divorce waiver received case ready to be scheduled for interview and was approved? 5 days after I received a notice saying my case has been transferred to another uscis, I checked my status online and it says ready to be scheduled for interview. Just want to know if the interview can be waived and get approval without going for interview. Anyone with such experience?
