Just put the docs in the package. They throw out binders, folders, anything extra that you put the docs in.

I'm confused about the filing address now ... before the site showed 2 addresses based on where we lived in the US... now it just lists one address. Can anyone help me out with this?  did an update happen?

You select the address depending on which mailing service you're using. Looks like they're not taking I-751 at the Texas lockbox anymore. Probably 'cause of the furloughs and budget cuts and whatnot.

It's not the same. It's two different addresses. The zip codes are different. The USPS one is a PO box and the FedEx/UPS/DHL one is the actual USCIS building. Depending on which mailing service you use, you send it to the appropriate address.

I know there's 1 address for USPS and 1 for Fedex/UPS.

What I mean is before there were 2 (both USPS and Fedex/UPS)... divided up based on people in the West Coast and East Coast.

Has a new update been made?

Right and that's why I added that it looks like the Texas lockbox is not being used for I-751 right now. Probably because of the furloughs and budget problems.

ok that makes sense. a month ago when I checked  I was supposed to mail it to the Texas one.

so it's Phoenix, AZ  for everyone now.

Yeah we mailed our I-751 at the beginning of August and I also clearly remember seeing that chart you're talking about where they had two separate lists of states and one was for Arizona and the other was for Texas. As far as I know, they didn't really make an official announcement about this but since that's what it says on their official website, just go with it. You can also always call the customer line to ask an agent.

This is from a couple years ago. The change that they just made was only within the past month.

oh right just saw the date, but it looks like they are only using the Phoenix Lockbox for everyone now

And for the taxes- the Tax Transcripts from the IRS website would be the best thing to send over right?

I'm planning to send via FedEx--- does it make sense to put my docs in a folder and then put it in the Fedex package? or does it make sense putting it directly in the Fedex package?

Yes, from the IRS website is best to use. That's what I have used for my I130 petition before.

And I put mine in a sealed envelope before putting it inside the fedex package just to make sure the documents are gonna stay neatly assembled once they reach the lockbox.

Good luck to you 😊
