in these Form G-325A in the box below "Signature of applicant" which name i have to put? My signature without her name or which is which what i have to do? i'm confusing :unsure: I wrote her name then my signature on top(I did this already) :help: or whose name gonna be in that blank? (USCIS returned my K2 application's because its incorrect and one of the reason is signature's :unsure: . i did the same thing when i was filing in Phils.)

If she is the immigrant then she has to sign it.... your name should not be there....

or do you mean the bit that says " If your native alaphabet is in other than Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet below:"

if it is that bit you are talking about the she would write her name here in her own language and letters....

I didn't use native alphabet nor other funny signatures( I signed her forms with my complete name as my signature) They did accepted mine but her's i get introuble.

I didn't think a 3 year old needed a Form G-325A, but I could be wrong.

05/10/2007 -- Interview, Approved!

05/22/2007 GREEN CARD arrives!!!

02/2009 - File to lift conditions

I-765

12/14/2006--- Mailed EAD App.

01/20/2007--- Biometrics

02/09/2005-------Sent in request to Congressional office for assistance with expediting EAD.

02/13/2007 -------- EAD Approved!

02/26/2007 - ------EAD received

Removal of Conditions:

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.

If she is 3 years old you fill it in with her details..... as your post did not mention this was for a child I answered for a spouse.....

I didn't think a 3 year old needed a Form G-325A, but I could be wrong.

Post title could have been refering to spouse under 21.... if the body of the post has indicated a child I would not have replied as I did....
