Does court appearance have to be mentioned during n400?

I have received a parking ticket because i did not move my car during cleaning day.

I notified the court that i want to plead not guilty and contest the ticket - they said they might automatically dismiss it, it's only 30$.

However, i do not want to pay 30$ because the same little city has on their website  a statement that says parking regulations have been suspended until further notice.

Apparently, this has been changed but they never updated their website.

If i do end up going to court, do i have to mention this on any form ? I don't see any question under which to mention it, but just wanted to double check.

You received a citation and that is what you admit to.

I agree, a parking ticket is a traffic citation, and hence the answer would be yes.  However, read the instructions regarding the need to provide evidence of traffic citations that meet specific requirements.

Good Luck!

Possibly not.  Regardless it is considered very minor.

They are not really looking to deny N400's over traffic citations, they do want you to be honest about everything though. Just answer the questions they ask on the form. If it is not there, it is not there. You will be asked the exact same questions again during your interview and as long as you did not blatantly lied on them, they will change the answers for you if needed. It is really common for people to misunderstand the questions and give the "incorrect" answer.

The N400 is nothing like the rest of your journey, most will tell you the interview is a breeze.

Edit:

Also, the sites you are quoting are not USCIS sites, unless it comes from them it is always an interpretation (as is all advise you get here)
