So hope you could help us any website pls without any finger print because she said my fiance can get a good moral character prove that he don't commit crime. Thank you so much im from luzon and we did tele counseling only. Just disappointed nit satisfied on the program because the topic should be what we should expect in america etc. But she never discuss.  

The site where I got my background check done is www.PDTSERVICES.com (NO Finger prints necessary) He is actually a friend of mine and the cost is around 20 dollars for a National Background check.. Call Keith or RL and they will take care of him. The telephone number is on the site under Contact us.
