hi guys good day everyone please need help specially who experienced this, my cfo counselor is requesting police clearance of my fiance, can he get it online without fingerprint?

pls share your link because my counselor was saying only a proof that he dont have any criminal record and shes good with that as a proof.

Police clearance for petitioner or beneficiary?  Beneficiary needs to get NBI...

My Wife (Beneficiary) ran into the very same thing with the CFO requesting that I (Petitioner)  get a Background check also. There are many online websites where this can be done pretty quickly for little cost to him, and it doesn't take more than a day or two to get it back. I did it and in about 24 hours I had it back in an email and was able to forward it to my fiancee and she was able to print it out. This satisfied their silly request.

I've never heard of this requirement, is this a legitimate requirement? The US has already done a background check on the petitioner, thus granting their visa, but we need another background check? If we refuse, we can't marry our fiance?

I think it's a case to case basis. I was shocked also when she told me what they were asking her to have me do. I made the same argument as you are. "They have already done extensive background checks on us both and Now they need me to get a background check?" Yep, so I complied with their request so she would be able to get her CFO sticker...Done and Done! Dog and Pony show for sure, We all have so many hoops to jump through in this process....lol No need in refusing to do what they ask, no matter how ridiculous their request may seem. If you want to complete this arduous immigration process, you will comply....Remember They hold the key!

The site where I got my background check done is PDTSERVICES.com He is actually a friend of mine and the cost is around 20 dollars for a National Background check...

Where did you do CFO? My fiancée needs to travel for cfo.. Probably will go to Manila. Need to know for sure if needed or not. Can't afford to make a separate trip as it's a 2 hour flight.

This is a BS requirement by CFO but one that if they ask for it you need to provide it. It's either provide it to them or no sticker.....

Yes, but I've heard Davao is strict and has a ton of requirements that other CFO offices do not. I don't want to get caught up in that mess. Can't afford to make a dozen trips to to hand them paperwork.

Can you pls help me what website did you go through pls? Appreciated much for the help. Yes this counselor officer is from davao and i told her that do we really need a police clearance because all my knowledge petitioner will b background check before approving a case. So hope you could help us any website pls without any finger print because she said my fiance can get a good moral character prove that he don't commit crime. Thank you so much im from luzon and we did tele counseling only. Just disappointed nit satisfied on the program because the topic should be what we should expect in america etc. But she never discuss.

Indeed and in manila they will never ask this kind of requirement. She asked also about extra requirement of a billing address of my fiance like WT* shes needs for? Passport is givin to him ever passport stamp from immigration etc. That ls ton of requirements she needs!. And my k1 visa group its just 5 minst sending there divorce degree cenomar and there good. Omg!. We must comply or she wont send us a sticker and certificate needed before departing philippines.
