Depends when the I-130 was filed, since the CSPA age is frozen as an IR. If it was filed at any point prior to turning 21, then the OP should be fine.

But yeah...between 2-3 years for the I-130 to be approved as an IR would be abnormal.

They ask me to provide evidence that i am a son of my father which exclude (health, school and baptism) i did provide and send it a week after my interview. And i sent it with my passport and the letter they gave me. That's all. As of now I'm refused and they just adjudicated it. What should i do to overcome it?

If the letter suggested a DNA test, that would have been the most conclusive way to prove the familiar connection.  All off the other "proofs" are very weak and easy to fake or hard to verify.

A timeline would be helpful so people actually understand what is happening. If you were already 23 6 months ago this means the petition was filed over 2 1/2 years ago, so probably at least a year and a half from approval, it would be helpful to understand what has been going on all this time.

Wife had a CR1 interview today. Was given only the spouse abuse and rights letter. Consular officer said she'd get her visa and passport next week. Just logged onto CEAC and it says application denied. 

 

Didn't get any yellow letter, denial letter, or anything. Just an interview, then a CEAC update 1hr later
