When you had your interview did they give you a paper with number and letter codes? If, so it may look like 212g or a variation of that. Also, if the refusal Was on CEAC website did tge Consulate send you and email concerning why you were refused. 
 

Also, please fill out your timeline. Go to menu, account, profile, scroll down to timeline, and select. From there you select  “Add or edit my entry”

Consulate : Port au Prince, Haiti             I-129F Sent : 4/14/2014

I-129F NOA1 : 4/24/14                            I-129F NOA2 : 9/10/14

NVC Received : 9/24/14                          NVC Left : 9/26/14

Consulate Received : 10/6/14 CEAC status changed to ready

Packet 3 Received : 10/27/14 packet received by petitioner in USA ( beneficiary never received packet 3)

Medical: 10/30/14 Dr. Buteau                  Medical picked up: 11/3/14

Packet 3 Sent : 11/10/13.. Had to schedule interview appointment and attach confirmation receipt to packet

Yah they gave me a paper because i needed more identification that i am a son of my father. And i think it was section 221

Without your timeline being created or you providing why you were refused you are not going to get help.

Did you provide what was asked of you within a year? I assume either a birth certificate ir DNA test was requested? If so, did you provide within a year of getting your 221g letter?

Yup i did and it was send march 17 and the latest update was refused so what should we do?

When was the last time you contacted the embassy? Is your embassy even open for visa issuance again after the Covid shutdowns? Some are but most aren’t.

I dont really know if its open but last night was my last update and it was refused

Can anybody help me. What does this mean "A U.S consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application. Please see the letter you received at the interview" can anybody help me. Am i denied or something. I'm so depressed

It means the visa was refused.

A refusal may be overcome, depending on the reason.

It sounds like they needed more information from you, so the only option they had was to refuse the visa. Once they get that information, they can review it and determine if you are now eligible for the visa.
