Waiting for a NOA2 from VSC for your I-129F?

What's funny is that we both got our NOA1 on June 1st, however if your timeline shows estimate of Sept. 25th, mine is showing Oct. 1st. I think that algorithm used to calculate the time is not quite accurate. smile.gif

Hehehe, well that´s a very good point man!! , I thought all who receive our NOA1 on june 1st would have the NOA2 the same day too (though this day is constantly moving), but maybe this algorithm includes in its equation the fiance(e)´s origin ¿?, I mean, as I´ve read here, some origins take longer than other, for example, for a Dominican will be longer than for a Cuban.

But maybe is just that the algorithm see us and our annoyance, and reduces the time for itself....

I think the adjudication date is based on the date you SENT the petition NOT the noa1 date. If you look at your date sent they differ by about the same time as the estimated adjudication date.

Yes, you are correct. Since they put their NOA2 as 8/28, they fall into the time that TSC sent to VSC. However, looking at all their timeline data, it appears that they really were handled by CSC.

I am going to have to adjust my algorithms to be more complicated, and as such, I will need to mine more data to make better decisions.

Hope all are doing well and you all get you NOA2 soon. I called about my NOA2 and they still think its pending and trying to figure it out. They said that they may be able to correct this and should within 30 days. Mean time I booked my SO interview Date on Oct 23. Called the embassy with the approval Case # that they gave me from NVC. So keep up the hope and maybe some of you are approved like we where and USCIS dos not even know it. Really only thing you need the NOA2 for is after you get married and have to apply again for change of status. If the embassy has your approved case # and paper work that’s all you need for now to get the interview for their visa.
