I'm at work right now and I just checked my email and saw that my fiance and I got approved. I can't believe it. I haven't even told my fiance yet since I won't be talking to him for another 2 hours.

"On August 23, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this

I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)."

Woo.

Hope I don't sound like I'm not excited, I'm just completely shocked.

Congratulations! Now, there have been 2 this week. Keep it coming....

22 Jun 05 - We met in a tiny bar in Williamsburg, Va. (spent all summer together)

27 May 06 - Sasha comes back for a 2nd glorious summer (spent 8 months apart)

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

14 July 07 - I-129F and all related documents sent to VSC

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

27 Sep 07 - Jason travels to Moscow to be with Sasha for 2 weeks

28 Nov 07 - NOA2 issued...TOUCHED!...then...APPROVED!!!

01 Dec 07 - NVC receives/assigns case #

04 Dec 07 - NVC sends case to U.S. Embassy Moscow

26 Dec 07 - Jason visits Sasha in Russia for the 4th and final time of 2007 :)

22 Feb 08 - Moscow Interview! (APPROVED!!!)..Yay!

24 Mar 08 - Sasha and Jason reunite in the U.S. :)

11 Jan 10 - AOS / AP / EAD package sent

Congratulations!

Does anyone have any advice on how to get through the next few months. I seem to be having a horrible time lately. Nothing seems to make me happy, and i can't get out of the rut i'm in even when he's on the phone. It's putting quite a damper on things. I am usually the rock and lately - not so much. :crying:

I started posting lists about pending K-1s for VSC and CSC, and that worked for me so far.

Weird. Last night my projected date jumped forward by 5 days. Cool! Then today we heard of one or two approvals from VSC and I dropped back 6 days....#######?? How does this work? I think Bszoom is control of those projected dates. We are just being fooled into believing its an automatically generated estimate from VJ. He's like the mighty Oz, I'm telling you! The man behind the curtain.... its time to rise up like an army of spidermonkeys! Here we come!! Hahaha, I'm just bored. Bszoom knows we all appreciate his hard work and support. Thanks, man. Keep it up. We need it. :thumbs:

08/20/2007:Touch(got an email from USCIS,our case has resumed) due to the RFE strick call,also the officer said whenever you got a blue paper from us,that doesn't mean RFE,a green one mean RFE.in our case,we got the blue one.But still sucks,delayed our case,wasted our time.
