Well tomorrow is another day...number 92 to be exact for me...all I can do is hope! I tried the RFE trick today andi got a very polite man on the line..and yeah i am still pending.

This week last year the average time between NOA1 and NOA2, for a K1, decreased to almost half as much...

7/30/06-8/5/06: 73 days

8/6/06-8/12/06: 100 days

8/13/06-8/19/06: 90 days

8/20/06-8/26/06: 52 days <---this week

8/27/06-9/2/06: 66 days <---there's a couple of outliers, due to RFEs, but still wayyy better than where we are currently at

9/3/07-9/9/07: 41 days

9/10/07-9/16/07: 53 days

9/17/07-9/23/07: 34 days <---doesn't this sound like a dream?

granted, the average time for this year is above that of last year, but im still keeping my hopes sky high...if it doesn't pick up this week, im fairly certain that it will after labor day, the latest...it probably won't be the 30 day maximum approval time that we were all hoping for, but i do think the time will go down significantly...they can't stay at a snail's pace forever!! can they?

Well today i feel very impatient. It has been 105 days and my adjucation date is growing every day on my timeline. Why i dont know. Ive called USCIS three times and they tell me it may be a couple more weeks. Ive been really good about not getting upset so far and i will continue to be positive, but really the only touches that i have had is from the calls i have made. I am positive that this will be the month it would make a nice birthday present. Im not so worried about the petition because i had my lawyer put it together hoping that the money i paid will keep me out of RFE land. Still just the wait is making it uneasy at times.

I feel your pain. We are a few days apart from our petition timeline and every day is a little painful...but less painful with this forum as a vent. I have basically given up on trying to contact the USCIS for info because it turns out to be just a very frustrating experience. They can't tell us anything that we don't already know. All I can say is just try to hang in there and we will all do this together!!!!
