Waiting for a NOA2 from VSC for your I-129F?

Hi all. OK, add me to this list. Yulia and I (Jeff) received our NOA-1 for the K-1 Visa on March 23. We are still waiting for the NOA-2. I have called them about 12 times and the last time I talked to someone at USCIS, they said they would send out an e- mail to get this for me. Well I just sent out a letter also. ###### !!! Can't believe how messed up this is !!!! Good luck to everyone waiting for their NOA-2 Jeff

You won't show up on this list because it is compiled form VJ stats. It appears that you were issued your NOA2 a long time ago.

It is strange that you never received a hard copy of your NOA2, but I can't think of a reason you need it. Your petition obviously made it to the embassy and you have your interview scheduled.

Now the lack of a package 3 or 4 does seem strange. The embassy has not provided you with any documents to complete or pre interview medical requirements?

If you have not already done so, I would find some others who have gone through that embassy recently or have interviews scheduled and see what they were told.

I remember reading on here somewhere that you do need your NOA2 at a later point. I think when you adjust status.

nivesito, thanks...finally someone feels my agony.., all i could say to those just starting is read and keepyourself busy...i use to pull my hairs out but it does nothing to help the situation...read and be prepared for the next phase of this long road!!! You do need a copy of the NOA2 for when you adjust status with the I485 form. See this link for details:

Queball...... you need to download packets 3 and 4 from the Kiev website. See the following link for more information. It gives details on the packets, embassy information and what forms and documents you will need for the upcoming interview you have in September.
