Waiting for a NOA2 from VSC for your I-129F?

Sorry to here that...I think we have new additions on a regular basis...maybe that explains the slow down...

Yup. People update their timeline later; find this website later; etc.

From the adjudication rate, it appears that the receipting update issued on August 10th is downplaying the actual slowdown.

They announced VSC is still 2-4 weeks behind receipting a number of application types. This backlog started in May, and was severely underestimated. I hope VSC will be able to recover soon, and crank out NOA2s like they did last year at this time.

You would think they are giving 2 for 1 the way that there seems to be such a rush of applications flooding USCIS...bszoom, there really was more movement around this time last year? If so , then i would definately think that summer vacations might also be the cause of slowdowns.

I know of at least 3000 people from New Orleans who still need jobs. (that's just a jab at FEMA) Ok, so temp-work in Vermont is a little different than Big Easy lifestyles. Shoot, those poor people in Vermont are processing thousands of people who want in....meanwhile they just want the hell out! Seriously though, is there much to do in Vt? I really dont know. Perhaps they should be more productive than the employees in California. Less hangovers, long nights, etc. Although boredom can drive people to drink too. Hahaha. Dont mind me, just killing time. :jest:

22 Jun 05 - We met in a tiny bar in Williamsburg, Va. (spent all summer together)

27 May 06 - Sasha comes back for a 2nd glorious summer (spent 8 months apart)

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

28 Nov 07 - NOA2 issued...TOUCHED!...then...APPROVED!!!

26 Dec 07 - Jason visits Sasha in Russia for the 4th and final time of 2007 :)

22 Feb 08 - Moscow Interview! (APPROVED!!!)..Yay!

yea, i mean check out the list of most recent NOA2 approvals from Vermont...theyre mostly from may, but some of them are still in april too

i feel like there are two people 'working' on these types of petitions at VSC right now...one of them has a box with early-mid May NOA1s, and the other has a box with late April NOA1s

But those are k3's if Im not mistaken. This week there are 0 k1 approvals. However I have to say there have been quite a few May noa1's approved. The most recent noa1 was on May 14th. And was approved last week. For All of August there have been 4 K1 approvals in 15 days. Not fast. Why the delay? What is the issue??? But when u look at the profiles of the ones not reporting noa2's from April and some of early may...most of those have NOT returned to VJ in a month or more..so maybe they have them...but have not come back to update the timeline. There is a space between noa1's so Im assuming that we will see more approvals by next week. Just not as fast as I'd like them coming in for my comfort. My adjudicated date keeps getting further away....
