Tell me about it its been 96 days for me know and I have done this before in 2004 same time frame and was apporoved in 22 days this is getting out of had. Its only a 90 day visa and after that we have to do it all over again what BS. We have millions of people walking over our borders and us tax paying US citizens cant even get a simple K-1 visa which was ment to be faster to help loved ones be together

Sorry just venting.

This is my first post. I've just been quietly reading the forums and holding my breath, patiently awaiting NOA2. I agree, it gets really frustrating but at least I know I'm not the only one who is feeling this way. Everyone here has been really supportive and they keep saying "it's coming, it's coming soon." I'm feeling really drained though. At least you have a "touch". My case was received on May 17 and hasn't been touched at all. It's been almost 3 months with no action whatsoever. I really think it's just bad timing. Summer time means more vacations for staff, the fee hike may or may not have had an effect, and our immigration system is all over the place right now. Just my luck, but there's honestly nothing I can do but wait. That's the hardest part really... the lack of control. I like control :)

Now to sound like everyone else, hang in there! It's coming, it's coming soon!

yea its funny because this reminds me of an experience i had when i went to speak with an immigration officer at the NYC office...my appointment was at 11:30...i showed up around 11 and proceeded to wait...it was moving very quickly and i was actually surprised that i might get out of there earlier than anticipated....UNTIL the clock struck 12 and there was only one window open for the next hour...everyone had went out to lunch, except that ONE, single employee...it was soooooo miserable the guy in back of me even started snoring very loudly <_< ...there was almost no movement for that hour, but once it was 1pm, the line was moving ever so quickly once again....so there are two morals to my story:

1-dont make appointments around 12 :clock:

2-hopefully things will pick up again after labor day, and we can all stop snoring very loudly ;)

isnt it funny how one minute you are completely frustrated with EVERYTHING concerning this visa, thinking that you will get denied/get an RFE...and the next minute you are just completely calm and relaxed, knowing that everything will work out in the end, and that you just need to patient

oy vey

i love to look at old posts of people who were freaking out and complaining how long they have been waiting for their NOA2s and then you look at their timeline and they recieved it just a few days later...the time seems to miniscule in hindsight
