......and that's all I remember!!!!!!!!!   It's good to see more and more approvals!!!!!

I just checked the USCIS website and it is still the same..we sent you a bloody RFE!!!!

Anyways, we are sending it again on monday or tuesday!!!!! that's it!!!!

I don't understand how it could have got lost....

Thanks Mirla!

You know, I have this hunch your RFE is not lost at all. Of course, it's a complete guess on my part. But I'd say the majority of people around here have had better luck with the postal service, fedex, or whoever, than they have with the service centers, who have a mighty long record of fuckingk up everything and anything they possibly can. So my guess is that it's sitting there in the mail room, perhaps under a big envelope or something as utterly pointless and stupid as that.

Definitely resend the stuff asap.

Okay, so different topic ... but you might get some media attention! :P

Hi-

I enjoyed reading your posts. I'm stressing big time about this wait on the approval. I'm approaching day 60 now. I know your done with the process now...but what hope can you give me or thoughts recently on the vermont service center????

-Jesse

I just joined this site today...so I am not on this list. Good luck to everyone, hope your NOA-2 comes tommorow :)

Hey Jas S, welcome to VJ. The list I have above is just the I-129Fs for K-1 Visas. I didn't think about adding the K-3s. If its easy to do, i'll add them in too.

Best of luck on your journey!

Hi Y'all. I am new to this wonderful website. Like many of you, I am a mid June filer with  no touches of note (one touch early on at the end of June). I share your sentiments about how messed up the system is and I feel the roller coaster taking me lower and lower every day. Sara, my fiance', is stressing about this heavily and this forced separation is weighing on us greatly. Our relationship is wonderful and we will weather this storm but this is one we should never have to endure.

There are a few things I'd like to share -

-My lawyer's paralegal finally broke down after much prodding early this week and called the VSC (oh yes, "Service" is our middle name!!!!). She was told that they were currently processing applications dated May 19th and that they are averaging one day's filings per day. My response to the paralegal was that the VsC person was being "less than genuine" with her due to the fact that petitions are being handled totally out of order. Her response:

-My congresswoman sent in a letter on my behalf early in November (3 weeks after her staffer promised me that she would). Yesterday, I asked her staffer to inquire again as nothing at all had happened. She said that they now must wait until the end of December to call due to "Congressional protocals". That sounds bogus to me.

-On Wednesday, I wrote both Senators and I have not yet heard anything from them. They will certainly be getting calls on Monday a.m.

As my peition is rapidly approaching the 180 day mark, I am wondering what effect if any will my calling the VsC on the 180th day? Do any of you have experience with this? If so, will it do me any good or will I just get told to call back in 30 days?

Last, I just want to say that I am very impressed with the great support that all of you have provided to eachother. Just reading posts the last few days has been inspiring.

Unless someone posts something in the next 9 minutes, we have a total of 85 approvals for the month of November.

Course, we could also get some additions later of people who find out later/ update their info later / etc.

But hey, 85! And I think at the outset of the month when this started we thought we'd be extremely lucky just to hit 60!
