Oh i see....I had been occupied for a while reading up on everything pertaining to the visa process, but now i am starting to get frustrated again because im back to the checking the USCIS website every hour and feeling as if maybe something is wrong and they are not approving my forms!!!!!!! im getting stressed again with this waiting!!! Its been almost 80 days since my NOA1 .....

Why did I file in July? when I received my NOA1, my timeline projected date was Oct 10. Yesterday it was Oct 21. And today Oct 25!! #######?? At this rate it would have probably been wiser to file in September. By the time October gets here my date will be in March! This process is going to make me a bitter man. At the least, I'm going to have some second thoughts about Uncle Sam's protocol. they need to make a statement and help their customers understand what's going on. Its good business. We have all made an investment with this petition. When someone else is handling your investments, do they not answer when asked? I realize we're talking about the government, but isnt there something that can be done to produce answers and actions? They're not untouchable. we're not demanding approvals. we just want to understand why. Is that so much? A formal response to everyone's inquiries. We need the media. Anyone know the number to Dateline??

You will also have an opportunity to call in and voice your concerns, sometime in mid-August. I'll be out of the country, but I would highly recommend that MOST of you on here with concerns:

-inaccurate information

-no hard copies

-over 90 days, no NOA2

-not being able to access a knowledgeable immigration officer for answers

-inaccurate timeline data published on the website

-the list goes on and on and on

Well, we are on day 84 and our adjudicating date has been pushed back to August 25 so I am not holding my breath.

I’m new here and VJ has helped a lot. My honey left to the States 3 days ago and I’m going crazy because I didn’t think it is going to take such a long time because when we looked here processing times where much shorter. We met here in Germany where I was doing my Master and we hoped so much to go together to DC. I even got all the papers in Zagreb in June (btw. it took me 1 day!! to get all of them).

I’m really optimistic person but this is way too much.

Anyway, I’m glad I’m not alone, it helps a little bit.

And the waiting continues!!!!!!!!!! each day is getting longer and longer!!! I have my fiance in Colombia getting all the police records and all the stuff she could do in the mean time together...as for me, just checking the USCIS site hourly to see if I even get a touch..i havent had one since May 30th!! .....Please VCS....pick up the pace for us!!!! Could it really be that they moved petitions from the other centers to Vermont and that is the cause for the delays...if so , does that mean that a petition coming from another center with let's say a date two weeks before mine, gets put in front of mine!!! .... ...My baby is pregnant and it's my first child...i want to be next to her through the pregnancy!!! She is only one month but that month seemed to fly by!!!!!!!!!

Byron-Leidy... will they ask for the police report in packet 3 and medical exam..etc? And is it ok to begin working on this before our petition is approved? I would like my fiancee to begin working on his paperwork but not sure when and what they will ask for or how recent the paperwork should be.
