Waiting for a NOA2 from VSC for your I-129F?

Ok...I'm freaking out here....I just called VSC and the said that they haven't recieved anything.....she told me to resend it...and I told her that last week when I called this person told me that it could be on the mail room and to wait....so this girl tells me now to resend it or to wait, it hasn't been checked and she said that it could be on the mail room.

How can I resend it again if we had to sent back the orginal letter with Pat's signature and checking the NO on the answer they gave us.....???? Then I have to wait till next week....

I would send it again....return receipt requested....I think this whole place is hosed.........they do not seem to know there ### from a hole in the wall....Sorry Mirla......this sucks so bad.....I am frankly ashamed to say this is a U.S. government agency

Hi every one, is there a way for a beneficiary to send such a letter and if yes is it possible via email? Im at day 214 or 215 and still nothing.

I would say that would be risky. I feel for you, but it may be interpreted incorrectly by VSC . They really want the petitioner to be the one driving and making sure things are legit. I too have been really ill (in August I was on a ventilator and in a coma for 3 weeks) and my fiance was very worried and wanted to come. He called our lawyer to see if there would be a way that something could be done for him to come to me and to press the K1. The lawyer told him that the beneficiary making inquiries raises red flags. I think the situation on either side sucks rocks, but when the beneficiary doesn't get a voice it's just plain crazy.

How do they know who the letter is coming from really?????Just a question

Me too! My family and friends keep asking what's going on, and I just have to tell them that I either don't know, or on my angrier days I tell them that my officer must be a lazy sod. I know they're busy, but ....

I'd hoped I'd have some information for large family gathering tomorrow, but.. not going to get my hopes up on that one.

I completely understand what you are saying. EVERY SINGLE TIME I talk to someone they ask me (including my parents). I tell them "Don't you think I would tell you if something happened"!!!! STOP ASKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FOR REAL! It should be one of those questions you just don't ask, like "Are you pregnant?" Wait for me to tell you damnit.

I actually haven't told my parents about the visa yet... months ago I told them we were hiring a lawyer to help get my SO here, and other than that, I said, don't ask about it. I'll tell you when we have a solid plan. But lots of people in my life are always asking "when is he moving here?".

I guess it'll be that much more worth it when I do finally have an answer to give.

You are absolutely right. They shouldn't ask. I realize they ask cause they care, but come on, think people! of course after I tell them people try to give me advice (like I haven't researched this to no end) or ask why doesn't he just get a work visa? UGH! So then you have to go into the entire process, how it works, why they don't know what they are talking about, etc.

Which frustrates me even more, b/c the implication is that if we just did that, we could be together now, so really it's my own fault we're apart for trying to do things the right way.

I just got off the phone with Pat, he told me he is 100% SURE he sent it to the right address!

I wish I can send it again but I don't have the BLUE LETTER. It will be worhtless cause Pat has to sing it and mark a question in that blue letter and send it with another letter explaining why we didn't mark that.

We only have a copy of that letter and a I have it here scanned so.....IT HAS TO BE SOMEWHERE!!!!

DID YOU REALIZE SOMETHING!!!?!?!!?!? I called the RFE trick and this girl asked me for my receipt number, she didn't even bother to give information since I'm the beneficiary!!!! I'll wait till next week but this is so freakin ridiculous!!!!!!
