WOW!!! I just got off the phone with NVC and they have my case already...the guy gave me a case number starting with BGT.....He said its still there though....wow.....Bill y Bella...what now???????????????

4/20/07-returned to Bogota to see her

5/18/07-sent out I129f

5/19/07-returned to Bogota to see her

5/21/07-received at VCS

5/28/07-Received NOA1

It looks like you are sure to have an interview date in January. It's not before Xmas, but it's not bad! :)

Ended up that the embassy called back and had to reschedule the interview for December 6th! :( :(

Congrats Byron and Leidy!!!!!!!

NOA1 - May 18th

NOA2 - October 18th

NVC Received - Oct. 22

Packet 3 Received - Nov. 9

Interview - Nov. 27 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interview Delayed until December 6th

K1 in hand - December 6th!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived in the U.S. - December 12th!

MARRIED December 17th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We finally have an approval issued today! Milaine & Syl (Miduvil). Petition sent on Jun 22, NOA1 on Jun 27. Congratulations! :)

Bill y Bella: you knew it before me

Sorry about that. The next time you apply for a K1 make sure you make your announcements before you update your timeline. ;) That way us obsessive people without a life who are constantly checking the timelines for approvals can't ruin your surprise. :blush:

But in any case.... CONGRATULATIONS! :thumbs:
