Mirla- Do NOT start worrying about this!!!! It is very rare!!! After everything you an Pat have been through, this is sooooo unlikely!!! Keep the faith! I hope you guys get your NOA2 very soon!! You've waited long enough!

I am also praying for Byron and Mel & Syl - you guys need to move on with the journey! Best of luck to all with pending RFEs!!!!

You wanna read something funny....:lol: :lol: I don't know if you read the other threads but here it goes....:lol:

The funniest thing happen to me once 2 years ago...I was with two friends sometime in the afternoon and we stopped by at a store to get some drinks, they stayed in the car but not in front of the store so I ran to the store cause it was snowing a little bit! I grabbed some drinks, paid, ran back to the car again, opened the door, put my seat belt on and turn around to look at them and said....Damn!! it's freezing.....this happened in a few seconds, everything was very fast....so when I turned around to look at them, there was another man in the car with her daughter.....and I'm like #######!!!!.....and then I looked at my friend's track that was ahead of where I was and they were looking back where I was laughing their @sses off!!! Damn!!! I was pissing my pants but at the same time I was so embarrassed, I just said.......Ooooopssss! I'm sorry! I just saw a big track and got in!!!! They were laughing their @ss off too!

jason i think it says that they only look at alcohol or drug related charges if its happenned 3 r more times...your ok...i have one too and my rfe had nothing about it!!!

What about other issues? Past marriages? or like my last marriage was to a man here on J1.. I never filed k1 for him...we married while he was here...adjusted status but i never sponsered him either....he has green card now before we actually divorced (Ireland guy) . So will it hold us up having to check each of my names used? My divorces and this last one with immigration??? (not to defend...but first husband abusive, second one cheated..last one couldn't decide what "preference" he had) (really knew how to pick em huh?)

Any thoughts?

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

OMG!

That kinda happened to me too.... I was thinking that I was the only one. I had took my friend somewhere and she ran into the building to do something....(I can't remember anymore). When she came out she opened the car door to the car in front of me and close the door. There was an older man sitting in the driver's seat. Since I was in back of the car, I saw her turn towards him screamed, and ran out. I immediately started honking to let her know that I was there. She was so scared. We laughed, laughed, laughed and laughed after she tried to curse me out for allowing her to enter the man's car :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Here's another one....

I used to drive a very popular car with a very popular color. One cold day, as I was running towards my car out of the shopping mall, I pressed my keyless remote to find the car. I saw a flash and heard the alarm noise. I quickly went over to my car and went for the door. To my surprise, the door just would not open. I pulled and pulled and it would not budge. I tried the remote again and I heard the doors unlock but I couldn't get the doors open. An older guy came close to me and I thought great....help! I turned around waiting for him to come close so that I could tell him the situation. He took out his keyless remote, pressed the button and I heard the doors unlock. What? I asked him how did he do that he said....it's my car. By this time, my nose was running and red for being in the cold so long. He reached for the door and it opened. I immediately knew that it was not my car by the inside and the scent that came out of the car. I turned around....and there was my car. I looked through the passenger window to make sure that it was mine and I knew it was from the McDonald's cup of soda that I had for lunch the previous day sitting in the cup holder. I felt so stupid and ashamed at my ignorance. I thought of what the guy must have thought of me as I was trying to open the door to his car. Thank God he did not call the cops and took it easy with me, though he did not crack a smile. I got in my car, laughed silently and went home. I couldn't believe that I had mistaken someone else's car for my own. (Maybe it was the weather that froze my ability to think) :lol: :lol: :lol::no: :no: :no:
