mmm...., we´re on 37th. place :whistle: , and couples from april to may haven´t get any NOA2 yet.... :crying: , it seems quite difficult to believe that on 30th. we´ll receive our NOA2 with this on mind but...(that´s what our timeline says), who knows, maybe as Vermont is now "on time" it would be a little faster with all our K1s.... :innocent:

I suppose timeline´s of april and may fillers would be reaching now too right???.

Its the first Monday of August. You would think today would be productive for VSC. That is unless they had a wild weekend off. We should see several approvals this week. My bet says 10 approvals this week from this list. Good luck May filers! And get moving so June and July get some attention! :D:P

The waiting continues...and what's worse is that it seems like there are April filers that are still waiting for the NOA2 also...me being a late May filer...seems like I am still so far off!!!! :(

I wonder how many of the ones that show as outstanding from Mar & Apr of this year still actively post on this forum? I'm guessing we have at least a few dropouts that aren't updating timelines, so that will throw things off a bit.

P.S. I envy your late May filing status! I'm a late July filer!! So, you are much closer to NOA2 than I am! Count your blessings!!

When I update the stats I only look back as far as April since I think March is probably finished. However, April currently has 32% of applications without a NOA2 and this is well above the average dropout rate. In addition, 32% would be the highest dropout rate recorded in the last 15 months. And last but not least, the most recent batch of approvals on July 31 included two April filers.

I think it is probably too soon to close April.

I agree. Also, keep in mind that I am not showing if people had an RFE, which delays their timing as well. Perhaps in a future version I will incorporate that.

Thanks! We never received Packet 3. 8 business days after they sent it, I e-mailed the Embassy asking what to do, and they said fill in what you can and drop it off immediately.

Dang! dropped 2 more spots. :diablo: new people keep getting added to the list in their appropriate spot and it always seems to be ahead of me, hahaha. :lol: ...........But seriously, its not funny :hehe::blink:

22 Jun 05 - We met in a tiny bar in Williamsburg, Va. (spent all summer together)

27 May 06 - Sasha comes back for a 2nd glorious summer (spent 8 months apart)

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

14 July 07 - I-129F and all related documents sent to VSC

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

27 Sep 07 - Jason travels to Moscow to be with Sasha for 2 weeks

28 Nov 07 - NOA2 issued...TOUCHED!...then...APPROVED!!!

01 Dec 07 - NVC receives/assigns case #

04 Dec 07 - NVC sends case to U.S. Embassy Moscow

26 Dec 07 - Jason visits Sasha in Russia for the 4th and final time of 2007 :)
